Returns and Exchanges

At GPS Paints LLC, every order is custom produced to meet your specific needs. Please review our Return Policy Carefully. 

Order Inspection (IMPORTANT)

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this time frame may limit our ability to resolve the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of Automotive/Fleet Paint and Paint Related products, the following items are final sales and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom mixed paint (all quantities, including aerosols)
• Activated or opened products
• Used materials of any kind
• Custom or special-order items

Eligible Returns

We may accept returns on non-custom, unopened items under the following conditions:

• Return requested within 30 days of delivery
• Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Item is in an unused and undamaged condition
• Return is approved in writing by Orion management

Restocking Fees

• Returns may be subject to up to 20% restocking fee 

Return Process

• To initiate a return:

1.Contact us with your order number
2. Provide a description of the issue and photos if applicable by email
3. If approved, we will issue return instructions

Important:

• Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours and provide photos. Once verified, Orion may replace the product, issue store credit, or issue a refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing occurs after inspection of returned items
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error

Warranty Policy

Product Performance Disclaimer

Automotive Refinishing is a technical, multi-step process influenced by surface preparation, application technique, environmental conditions, and product compatibility.

GPS Paints LLC cannot guarantee results unless products are used exactly as directed.

What Is Covered

We assure you that our products will be free from manufacturing and material defects at the time of delivery.

What Is NOT Covered

• Improper application or technique
• Using non-Orion products in the painting/repair/prep process
• Environmental factors
• Normal wear and tear
• Color variance
• Issues after product use or application

Paint and Coatings Limitation

Products are not warranted once applied or used. Results depend on the applicator’s process and conditions.

Warranty Remedies

If a product is defective, Orion may replace the product, issue store credit, or issue a refund. This is the sole and exclusive remedy.

Safety and Use Notice

Products are intended for professional or experienced users.  Always follow Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), which are available on the GPS coatings website, and follow proper safety procedures. 

Policy Updates

GPS Paints LLC reserves the right to update
